By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the dk44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective immediately upon your first use of the service and remains in force for the duration of your account.

Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bonuses subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to our standard verification procedures. dk44 may also terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion in accordance with these terms.
